Billing questions
Which plan should I pick?
Pro Monthly suits a single project: subscribe, cut your boxes, cancel. Pro Yearly is the best value if you make boxes regularly. Pro Lifetime is for makers who would rather pay once. All three unlock exactly the same features.
Who processes my payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle the checkout, your card details and any sales tax or VAT, and they send your receipt. We never see your card number.
How do I unlock Pro on another computer?
Open the Studio on the new device, choose Go Pro and paste the license key from your receipt into the Restore field.
What happens when I cancel a subscription?
You keep Pro until the end of the month or year you have paid for. After that, the Studio goes back to the free tier. Your designs stay in your browser.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days in the cases described in our refund policy.
