Android

About the app

Is this a download from an app store?

No. Hingesmith installs straight from this website as a web app, takes almost no space, and updates itself. There is nothing to download from an app store and nothing to keep up to date.

Does my Pro plan work in the app?

Yes. On computers and Android phones the app shares your browser's Pro access. On iPhone and iPad, apps added to the Home Screen keep their own storage: tap Go Pro in the app, paste the license key from your receipt into Restore, and Pro unlocks there too.

What works offline?

Once you have opened the studio online, you can design, resize, switch hinges and watch the fold offline. Exporting files, buying Pro and restoring a license need a connection.

How do I remove it?

Like any other app: right-click or press and hold its icon and choose Uninstall or Remove from Home Screen.
